July Training Camp

During the extended weekend in July, we were fortunate with the weather, as our plan was water training, and the summer weather was simply perfect. Since we have a large group of younger members in the club, the majority of the training was focused on introducing them to water-based activities: boarding and disembarking from a boat, paddleboarding, various types of retrieves, as well as rescuing a surfer in distress, searching for a cadaver on land, and for the more experienced dogs, searching for cadavers in reeds and on the water’s surface. A big thank you goes to Heidelberg Materials for allowing us to train in their sand pits, and also to Jiří Liščař, who kindly lent us a Zodiac boat with an engine. On Sunday morning, we dedicated the time to obedience and area search. The excellent impression of this great weekend was not only enhanced by the dogs' performance and dedication in training, but also by the evening spent laughing and reminiscing about the good old days. :-)
